@poderiboscarelli is a benchmark in Vino Nobile di @poderiboscarelli is a benchmark in Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, crafting expressive, terroir-driven wines from prized estate vineyards. The northeastern part of the appellation in southern Tuscany offers ideal conditions for growing elegant Sangiovese.

This spring, we’re spotlighting two standout expressions:

2020 Costa Grande Vino Nobile DOCG – pure Sangiovese from a 1.5 ha vineyard planted in 2000 beside the historic Il Nocio. Bright, refined, and site-specific.

2020 Sotto Casa Vino Nobile Riserva DOCG – a bold blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot from the “Sotto Casa” vineyard. Structured and expressive, it’s the evolution of Boscarelli’s iconic black label Riserva.

“Boscarelli's finest two offerings of Vino Nobile . . . are among the most terroir-driven and complex of the area.” -Bruce Sanderson, @winespectator

Both wines embody Boscarelli’s commitment to elevating Vino Nobile through exceptional estate winemaking. Explore more through the link in our bio."
Next up in our Icon Spotlight series, we head to I Next up in our Icon Spotlight series, we head to Italy - specifically the coastal hillsides of Maremma, where @marchesimazzei Belguardo produces bold, site-driven wines just miles from the Tyrrhenian Sea. 2021 Belguardo V is a standout white wine crafted from Vermentino clones selected for aromatic intensity, structure, and ageability. Amphorae, steel, and extended skin contact add layers of texture and complexity.

2019 Tenuta Belguardo blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc into a powerful yet refined expression of Maremma. A benchmark for the region, this vintage balances richness, freshness, and depth.

Each of these wines tells the story of its site. Explore more as we continue spotlighting the wines in this spring’s icon offering through the link in bio.

2022 Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume comes from a southwest-facing site on the right bank of the Serein, producing bold, powerful wines with fruit, flint, and a touch of iodine.

2022 Chablis 1er Cru Montmains is all elegance and structure, shaped by morning sun, cool winds, and mineral-rich clay soils.

2022 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons delivers intensity and mouthwatering freshness from early-ripening fruit grown in shallow, limestone-laced soils.

2022 Chablis Grand Cru Château Grenouilles is a rare bottling from the smallest Grand Cru vineyard in Chablis, offering precision, finesse, and layered complexity.

2022 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos is the benchmark - powerful, textured, and age-worthy, with racy acidity and deep mineral character from this historic hillside site.

We’re proud to introduce the 2022 La Côte Lasco We’re proud to introduce the 2022 La Côte Lascombes, a striking Merlot-based wine from the historic @chateau_lascombes. Crafted from a few small vineyard blocks planted on clay-limestone soils, this wine offers a fresh lens on Margaux and its potential for Merlot. This inaugural release captures the vibrant character of the 2022 vintage with energy, elegance, and a distinct sense of place.

As @vinousmedia notes: “The 2022 La Côte Lascombes is a new Merlot-based wine from Lascombes. It emerges from a few small blocks planted on clay/limestone soils that are very different from the gravelly soils that are more common on the château’s holdings. Plump, juicy, and seductive, the 2022 is a total charmer. Silky contours wrap around a core of pliant red/purplish-toned fruit. Sweet spice, flowers, mocha, and a discreet touch of oak add layers of dimension as this opens over time. What a beautiful and promising wine it is.”
