Ink Grade's vineyards are a time capsule on the far side of Howell mountain, harkening back to a wilder, more extreme Napa Valley. The vines, which were terraced and planted over the course of a single year in 1990, have been farmed organically from the start, and are remarkably resilient. Thirty years later, they’ve withstood dry farming, wildlife, and all the other obstacles of the rugged terrain to produce inimitable single-vineyard wines under the guidance of Winemaker @matt_taylor_wines .
