As Director of Vineyard Operations, Macy works closely with each of the winemakers and the farming team to grow site-driven wines at each of Lawrence Wine Estates’ properties. She grew up in Virginia, where she worked weekends for a local vineyard and cultivated her passion for grape growing and wine. She brings experience in organic farming, soil health, and promoting biodiversity from her background as Vineyard Manager at Rudd Estate, as well as her degree in Viticulture & Enology from Cornell University and her MBA from UC Davis.
