With 50 hectares of citrus, almond, and olive groves and 24 hectares of traditional alberello-trained Nero d’Avola vines, Zisola combines rich heritage with certified organic farming focused on biodiversity and soil health.

The 2018 Doppiozeta, Zisola’s flagship Nero d’Avola, comes from three distinct vineyard plots and is made with natural fermentation and no filtration. It’s a bold yet elegant wine, bursting with fruit, spice, and refined texture—a true reflection of centuries of Mazzei winemaking expertise.
